1. Multiple Accounts: You may NOT have more than one (1) account. If we find out that you have more than one account, both of your accounts will be closed and you will be permanently banned. Any money that you have spent on turns WILL NOT be refunded. That is cheating and it will not be tolerated. 2. Supering Supering, is the planning of attacks on other members, with members that are not in your crew. Other games do not allow this, but we do. This is a war and all is fair in love and war. Super till your heart's content. . 3. Shared Computers If you share a computer, remember that if another user who uses that computer is playing TheComBat, it will show as the same ip address and there is a chance you could get banned. Please do this at your own risk and if you get banned for multiple accounts, this is your fault and not ours. . 4. Quitting TheComBat If you feel the need to quit because you SUCK , then just quit playing. Do not offer "free hoes" or "free thugs" on the message boards. . 5. Leaking If you want to go gunless, that is fine, but it is only allowed on the last 4 days of game play per round. Do NOT announce on the public boards that you or anyone else is leaking. Save it for your crew board. Any of this will get you banned. . 6. Profile Abuse Being able to have a profile is a priviledge. Don't abuse it. Do not post copyrighted images, or image depicting beastiality, kiddie porn, hate, or anything illegal for minors to view. You agree that if any of these things are posted, and we are contacted by parents or attornies, you information will be handed over to them immediately for prosecution. You alone are responible for the images that you upload, not us. . 7. Credit Card Fraud If you use a credit card that is stolen, YOU WILL get caught and turned over to the authorities. That is fraud and will not go unpunished. If you use your credit card or paypal account and then decide to call your credit card company or paypal and dispute the charges, that is FRAUD also. Remember, it only takes a couple minutes of our time to research this and provide them with the information that they need to file FRAUD charges against you. Fraud is a felony in most states and is punishible by prison time and a fine. If you don't want your butthole getting stretched out while in prison and you don't want to be someone's bitch, then DON'T commit fraud. If fraud is committed by you, we will immediately file a civil suit that entitles us to 10 times the amount, plus attornies fees, damages, loss of wages, and the damage done to the reputation of the company. So just don't do it. . 8. Posting Messages Remember, don't use the public message board for conversations. That is why we have the private messages and crew message boards. . 9. Mass Money Ganks This rule use wisely wont really be watch awhole lot but if we see to much from same people you will be removed from the game . 10. Excessive Leaking This is not allowed. While learning how to play we will be lenient, but if you are leaking for an extended period of time, we will warn you and it must be fixed within 24 hours. . 11. Stealing Accounts Stealing accounts/ is not allowed, even if the account is your Brothers/sisters/cousins account, if they dont want you on it, you dont go on it. If you are caught using another persons account, even if you are that persons best friend or brother or sister, if the original owner wants to press anything, your main account will be immediately banned without any questions asked. I have read and agree to the Rules of the Game . 12. Rapping (Is using a user name that you know that is not yours) Rapping is not alowed weather it be in post the game or chat. If found doing so you will be asked to remove that nick,and go back you yours. Failure to do so will be an automatic baned. This will not be tolerated. . 13/ SMS CREDITS oK WHEN BUYING SMS CREDITS you will be clased as a supporter for a smaller amount of time then normal paypal payments.
