How to Keep an Army Man Fit and Healthy
Obesity has become a widespread problem across the whole of America and other western countries and the problem is continuously on the rise. Of course with such a widespread problem there have been many weight loss programs that have been created that focus on helping an individual combat this problem of being overweight. Being overweight and serving your country just does not match.
Not even a little extra fat is allowed in the military. This is why it is very important for a soldier to look after their health and fitness while in the service. This goes with the saying that a fit army is a combat ready army. So to make sure that every man on the service is in their top condition a program called the army weight control has been created to help those with weight problems or even have a little excess body fat on them.
What is the whole purpose of the army weight control program?
The main reason that this program was created was to make sure that all those that serve for the army that includes all personnel and soldiers keep their weight under control. Of course this is very important for the army man as its highly important that they are able to meet the physical demands which are needed when they are in different combat situations. The second and an important reason is the appearance of a soldier. This program helps to make sure that every man serving looks his best at all times.
This whole program was created on the base that every person that is serving not be sanctioned with limitations that includes the non promotable, not given any sort of permission to attend civilian or professional schooling and not being able to sign on to any command positions when they are either overweight or have some excess body fat on them.
So there you go that is how an army man is kept fit in the service. Their job relies on it.
